It is a fast-growing shrub with an upright habit and has good drought resistance. An early fruiting wide range which produces a heavy crop of pale blue fruit that are delicious. Like all blueberries, it must have damp, acidic soil to flourish. Even without the added extra of full of flavour fruit, it does make an attractive deciduous shrub with white flowers in spring and striking fall colours.
